On Friday morning, 23 December 2022, the Bible Society held an outdoor Christmas program for over 400 children aged thirteen and below at its premises in Bauchrieh as part of its Christmas Fiesta program December 15-25.

Upon arrival, all the children put on the Santa hats distributed at the entrance, as well as their Christmas cheer spirit!

The program started with a few Christmas songs with two of our staff who played the guitar and accordion.

Then the animator engaged the children in dances and games that had all of them laughing, cheering, and jumping up and down.

There was also a magic trick through which the children learned that prayer and reading the Bible is the “magic potion” to being more like Jesus.

Last but not least, each of the children received a bag of Bible storybooks and candy as they were leaving.

Despite the difficult time the country and all its citizens are going through, we were happy to see the faces of those who attended the event, both young and old, shine with joy.
