Bible Society, with its inter-confessional profile and legacy, has engaged for years in organizational development initiatives and assisted various Faith-Based Organizations (FBOs) and para-church organizations in their growth journeys. Leadership and organizational development is a journey for every organization seeking to stay fit for purpose. By building capacities, we will invest in long-term sustainability and innovation rather than operating at the contingency, opportunistic level. Strategic planning and direction replace firefighting and troubleshooting, enabling organizations to lead change rather than be swayed by circumstances. The knowledge and experience from this program will help increase the efficient use of God-given resources by the Church and partner FBOs.
