Nour Farra Haddad is a senior researcher and Professor at the Lebanese University and at Saint Joseph University (USJ). She holds a PHD in Religious Anthropology, Master’s in Anthropology and two Bachelor degrees in Archeology and Sociology, in addition to a Tourist Guide diploma from the Ministry of Tourism. She published a number of academic articles and two touristic guides: “Eco-Lebanon, Nature and Rural Tourism” and “Wiz Kids”. She has authored and co-edited ‘Peace Journeys: A new direction in Religious and Pilgrimage Research’. She developed Holy Lebanon app. the first interreligious tourism application in the world. She has strong business consultancy background and in-depth experience in the Middle East tourism industry development. She founded and managed for five years Lebanon Roots, the travel agency of the Lebanese Maronite Order and is now managing her own travel consultant company NEOS. She recently rejoined the Bible Society Lebanon Board and was elected as its vice-chairman in 2024.
