Sister Bassima Khoury is a General Administrator of the Antonine Maronite Sisters Order. She holds a doctorate degree in Biblical Theology and has taught New Testament studies at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK), Saint Joseph University and several other theological seminaries in Lebanon and the Middle East. She is the president the Biblical Federation in Lebanon. Sister Bassima is a well-known writer and presenter of several biblical educational programs on radio and television. Her current roles include managing the pedagogical office of the Antonine Sisters Schools and the Principal of Antonine Sisters Mar Doumit School in Roumieh, Maten. She has written several theological books and biblical studies in Arabic and French. She is also a member of the Executive Committee of the General Secretariat of Catholic Schools in Lebanon and is an active member of the Bible Society  Board in Lebanon with the conviction that every person should read and understand the Bible.
