Christian Publishers Training 2026
On June 19, 2026, the Bible Society Center hosted a half-day training session for Christian publishers in Lebanon, gathering 26 participants representing 13 Christian publishing organizations. The event formed part of ongoing efforts to strengthen professional capacity and collaboration within the Christian publishing sector.
The session opened with a warm welcome address delivered by Ms. Ani Baboghlanian, Publishing Manager at the Bible Society, who emphasized the importance of equipping publishers with practical tools to enhance both personal efficiency and organizational effectiveness in their ministries and work.
A special highlight of the training was the contribution of Mr. Samir Costantine of Waznat, who led an engaging and insightful session on “Time Management and the Four Management Personalities.” His presentation combined practical frameworks with real-life workplace applications, encouraging participants to reflect on their own working styles and approaches to leadership and productivity.
Throughout the morning, participants engaged in interactive exercises designed to strengthen time management skills and improve daily work practices. The discussions also explored the four management personalities, offering valuable insights into communication styles, teamwork dynamics, and leadership approaches within Christian publishing environments.
The atmosphere throughout the training was highly collaborative and constructive, fostering meaningful exchange, shared learning, and mutual encouragement among participants. By the end of the session, attendees expressed appreciation for both the content and the practical relevance of the training to their work.
