Bible Society distributed 1370 packages of Relief and Scriptures to internally displaced and underprivileged families. The packages include essential relief items to families affected by the ongoing economic crisis and the impact of war, and Scripture portions to various age groups.
Through the support of our donors, hundreds of relief boxes containing food supplies and hygiene products were distributed to families in need. These distributions reached the most vulnerable populations in safe areas during the war and extended to several villages in the South following the recent ceasefire.
In addition to the relief supplies, the distribution was accompanied by a special children’s program based on biblical values. Children and teens enjoyed the activities that brought moments of happiness and comfort during these challenging times.
This initiative was designed not only to provide immediate assistance but also to create an atmosphere of joy and unity. The children’s laughter and active participation in the programs were a testament to the positive impact this project had on the families. As they engaged in play and shared moments of joy, their faces reflected the hope this effort brought to their hearts.
Bible Society remains committed to supporting vulnerable communities and offering a glimmer of hope, especially in times of hardship.
The Bible Society’s mission is to spread the Holy Bible’s message and culture to all generations through translating, publishing, and distributing the Scriptures using visual, audio-visual, readable, and digital formats, encouraging people to read and engage with God’s Word, advocating the Bible cause to uphold human dignity, and partnering with all Churches and Christian institutions.
